PHOTOS, TIPS AND TRICKS:

Low tide makes it easy to walk over the sea. The island is about one kilometer away in the background.

Arrived.

Camp.

Working on a flint and steel fire. As tinder do I use amadou from the tinder fungus (the tinder I made in last video "BC4")

Hanging the meat is a great way to keep it away from sand and dirt.

A hot chaga drink.

Adjustable pot hanger.

Meat over fire.

Nighttime.

Morning wash.

Heating a stone for cooking meat. About 30 minutes in the fire.

Food on hot stone. A very controlled way of cooking primitive with campfire.

Gather blackthorn berries for a hot drink.

Wood ears. Edible fungus.

Simple birch bark sheath.

The view from the lavvu.

Enjoying a lot of bird activity.

Open fire inside the small lavvu worked allright. I have a wood stove as well and I will use it in future videos.

Larch needles for tea.
